INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Individual therapy, also known as talk therapy or psychotherapy, is a type of counseling where I work one-on-one with you to address your personal challenges, emotional issues or mental health concerns.
It can help you explore your feelings, thoughts, and behaviors, develop coping strategies, and work towards personal growth and healing.
The main schools of therapy I use:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – Focuses on identifying and changing negative thought patterns and behaviors.
Psychodynamic Therapy – Explores unconscious thoughts and past experiences to understand current behavior.
The goals of individual therapy can vary, but generally, it aims to help individuals develop greater self-awareness, manage emotions, improve relationships, and cope with stress or mental health conditions.
